"Losing a family member is hard enough. But, hearing from the Medical Examiner that my first order of business would have to be contracting a HAZMAT team pushed me into, by far, one of the most surreal emotional states I've ever experienced. The ME gave me a great piece of advice before he hung up the phone: ""I can't give you a recommendation, but just make sure they're licensed and bonded."" Then I clicked on the link for Bio-One Glendale, saw the certifications mentioned above, read Todd's story, and immediately picked up the phone. He answered, I explained what I knew, and said I'd be flying from to Phoenix in the morning and would need to meet as soon as possible. From the moment we spoke, I felt immediate empathy, and completely calm. He guided me through how we would need to proceed and agreed to meet me the next day. There's no need to go into the more delicate details of what came next because if you're reading this, you're likely dealing with your own tragedy. Suffice to say, this is hard (and often grizzly) work, it's not as straightforward as your favorite TV crime show would have you believe, and takes an incredibly strong person to do this day in and day out. Thank goodness people like Todd exist. For the last two months, I've been referring to him as my 'Guardian Angel' whose guided me through this logistical nightmare with patience and care. He's a phenomenal human, as is the rest of his team (thank you too, Josh!). I will never forget his kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Todd."

At a difficult time, and for a serious problem we hand no experience with, Bio-One came in and did a tremendous job. Todd is professional, honest and and straightforward in his approach to his work. He and his crew worked the job right through with no delays or absences. Everything he said would be done was completed and for the price quoted. Additionally, his kindness, compassion, concern and respect for the situation helped our family to understand better what we were experiencing and aided in our healing of a tragic event.

Firstly, Todd is an amazing individual every step of the way. My father's passing in his home was tough enough but Todd came in and was extremely professional and helped us through. I do have to mention very trustworthy as he found some valuables we were unaware of and called us from states away with the good news.
