I have used Bio one for years now. I’ve worked at 3 properties, and every time I take Todd with me as a vendor. His company is very professional, reliable, and communicative. We’ve had everything from bio cleanup, remediation, trash outs etc. You name it, they’ve covered it for us. Really appreciate Todd and the crew for all the hard work.

He answered, I explained what I knew, and said I'd be flying from to Phoenix in the morning and would need to meet as soon as possible. From the moment we spoke, I felt immediate empathy, and completely calm. He guided me through how we would need to proceed and agreed to meet me the next day. There's no need to go into the more delicate details of what came next because if you're reading this, you're likely dealing with your own tragedy. Suffice to say, this is hard (and often grizzly) work, it's not as straightforward as your favorite TV crime show would have you believe, and takes an incredibly strong person to do this day in and day out. Thank goodness people like Todd exist. For the last two months, I've been referring to him as my 'Guardian Angel' whose guided me through this logistical nightmare with patience and care. He's a phenomenal human, as is the rest of his team (thank you too, Josh!). I will never forget his kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Todd."
